Product Details
The TA-ET28 forms and bakes eight tart shells between recessed lower moulds and matching raised upper moulds. As the lid closes, the paired moulds shape the base and sides of each shell.
Staff adjust baking heat with the thermostat and use the separate timer to track the batch. The wide handle lifts all eight upper moulds clear for unloading, while the non-stick surfaces help release the shells.
